This ranch offers some of the best wildlife habitat South Texas has to offer. With the exception of a few large food plots, the majority of the ranch is native brush consisting of an excellent variety and diversity of native species.
The property is all low fenced and there are several good roads and senderos in place.
There are 2 water wells and 2 stock ponds located on the property along with over one mile of underground pvc water line which supplies water to 3 water troughs. One well is outfitted with a new 3 hp electric pump and produces over 25 gallons per minute. The other well is outfitted with a 1.5 hp electric pump and produces around 15 gallons per minute. Both wells are approximately 530 feet in depth and have excellent water quality.
The hunting on this ranch is excellent. There are good numbers of Whitetail, Rio Grande Turkey, Hogs, Javalina, Dove and Quail. There are 7 new tower blinds and twelve 1,000 lb corn & protein feeders that will convey with the sale.
