Water to the Headquarters is provided by McCoy Water Supply. In addition, there is also one shallow domestic well which can also service the headquarters as well as the deep pens, yard irrigation and breeding facility. There is one 10 inch Carrizo irrigation well which is outfitted with a 70 Hp pump and produces 500 to 700 gallons per minute. This well is used primarily for maintaining the stock ponds throughout the property. There are a total of seven stock ponds on the ranch ranging in size up to 3 acres (all are stocked with fish). Six inch underground water lines have been ran to all stock ponds from the irrigation well allowing for the ability to maintain constant water levels throughout the year. In past years, the Carrizo well has provided great income for the property with the ability to sell water to oil companies.
